Alex graduated from Western University with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology in 2012 and a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy in 2015. He has taken additional courses in manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, acupuncture, movement assessment, and advanced exercise techniques.

Alyssa graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in 2021. Since graduating, she has completed additional courses in therapeutic cupping, kinesiology taping, athletic taping, and most recently, RAPID Neurofascial Reset. Alyssa has experience working with all ages, and many different conditions including headaches, migraines, arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, scoliosis, sciatica, jaw pain, joint replacements, and pregnancy. Emily completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University in 2019 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2017. She has a special interest in treating orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, concussion, and persistent or chronic pain. Emily uses a thorough assessment and differential diagnosis approach to guide recovery through exercise, education, and a gradual return to activity. She sees rehabilitation as a team effort, working together with patients so they feel confident, informed, and supported in managing their own injuries. Her treatment approach may include exercise-focused rehabilitation, manual therapy, and acupuncture when appropriate. Outside of the clinic, Emily enjoys running, playing badminton, and spending time in the sunshine with her wife and their dog, Buddy.
