Alex graduated from Western University with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology in 2012 and a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy in 2015. He has taken additional courses in manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, acupuncture, movement assessment, and advanced exercise techniques.

Alex is committed to using his education, training, and extensive hands-on experience to provide his patients with the best quality care he can.

Alyssa Knapp

Alyssa graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in 2021. Since graduating, she has completed additional courses in therapeutic cupping, kinesiology taping, athletic taping, and most recently, RAPID Neurofascial Reset. Alyssa has experience working with all ages, and many different conditions including headaches, migraines, arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, scoliosis, sciatica, jaw pain, joint replacements, and pregnancy.
